All Trails Lead North — but not all the time. Sometimes the road pulls us south, west, or wherever the horizon leads. In Beyond the North, we document our journeys outside of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Great Lakes. From the Ozarks in Arkansas to the Tetons, Badlands, and Utah’s canyon lands, this is where we share the national parks, remote deserts, and odd backroads that shape our full adventure story.
This is more than a travel log — it’s a perspective shift. What’s it like to pack northern gear into southern heat? How does campfire cooking change at elevation? What roads challenge us most when we’re out of our comfort zone?
